No. With the exception that if I am forced to pay for parking at your location, I will ask that your reimburse me for that cost.

My answer is possibly. My family time is very important to me, however if you have a very specific date and you request it well in advance, then I will attempt to accommodate your request.
NONE - I make sure that I leave your location in as good if not better condition that when I arrive. The only complaint I've ever received is from a client that mentioned she had to clean the rest of the room to match the area in which we had been working.
